I’ve been working on Google Ads accounts for more than 10 years. I worked for Google for over 4 years, where I optimised accounts for Pepsi, Hyundai, Raymond Weil, Penguin Random House & more. I also supported a portfolio of 60 digital agencies, giving me access to literally 1000’s of accounts across all industries & niches.
In 2017 I co-founded a highly successful Google Ads agency, Run PPC, managing accounts with monthly retainers between £2k-10k per month. I sold out in 2022, since then I’ve worked with end clients directly, training them on how to get the best from their Google Ads campaigns.

If during Step 2 (The Forensic Audit) I discover that the account is actually in a state of ‘malpractice’ (e.g. extreme negligence or zero work done), I will not proceed to the mediation call. Instead I’ll notify you privately so you can manage the fallout internally, allowing you to take steps to rectify the issues found with the client directly.
In this scenario, I will cancel the Step 3 mediation call entirely, and instead provide expert 1-to-1 training with your account manager to help them get the account back on track.
