I’ve been managing Google Ads accounts for more than 15 years. If during Step 2 (The Deep Dive) I discover that your account is actually in a state of ‘malpractice’ (e.g. underperforming or poorly managed), we will not proceed with the client call. 

Instead, I’ll notify you privately so you can manage the fallout internally, and allow you to take steps to rectify the issues found with the client directly. Usually a client will forgive a mistake that their agency caught and corrected via an independent audit, but they generally don’t forgive a mistake discovered by a competing agency during a “free audit”.

In this scenario in lieu of the client call I will also provide expert 1-to-1 training with your account manager to improve their Google Ads knowledge, and help them get the account back on track.
